Job Overview

Direct Sales Support organization providing CRM and other sales support activities to Go To Market teams in multiple parts of the US organization. Monitor performance and support continuous improvement projects. Provide strategic input and guidance for sales support and commercial operations activities

Essential Functions

  • Manage team of direct reports and allied Manila team

  • Hire & train resources to provide superior sales support

  • Drives and leads the effective implementation of operations initiatives to drive process improvement and improve experience of supported sales teams

  • Provide leadership for incorporating additional teams into the GPC support model

  • Proactively works to remove issues hindering sales support

  • Coordinates operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.

  • Actively contributes to broader Commercial Operations initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req

  • Nine (9) years relevant operations experience Req

  • Previous experience with people management required

  • Prior sales experience is a plus

  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings and Go To Market Model is a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $131,000.00 - $243,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
